Product feedback - Logs not appearing in Support Portal admin section

The Sitecore XMC portal is flexible enough to allow a Sitecore support personnel to login to the portal in order to have first hand experience of an error. Last month, I raised a ticket (CS0554677 (Logs under Sitecore Support portal access) with respect to logs not appearing in the admin section of the portal after a support personnel is given access to the portal and then they have accessed the platform. The Sitecore support team has now come back that this will be covered in the future. Here is the reference no. SBB-8998.

After some discussions, we can confirm that we were able to reproduce the same issue in a test environment and have registered this as a bug in our bug tracking system. Thank you for reporting the problem. 

Please let me know if this issue directly affects your web site so that we could investigate for a workaround.
