Sitecore Personalization Listing Page

I felt a need for a page from where I can control personalization across the site. So, as a first step:

Built a page that would list personalization rules in a site.

My Sitecore 10 Demo site with some random personalization rules setup:

This must have yml files serialized to the file system.
