The paging file is too small for this operation to complete

As part of setting up Sitecore MVP Site and executing .\Start-Environment.ps1 in a new machine, "The paging file is too small for this operation to complete." error occurred. Here is my machine configuration:

Since my computer was a brand new VM with lot of free space, 

Although I tried a lot of things including tweaking the custom page size in My Computer -> Advanced Settings, nothing helped. So,  i switched over to 32 GB RAM from 16 GB RAM:

After that, I could see the page file size settings change too:

I then adjusted the page file settings as follows:

Now, I didn't receive the below error and containers started fine on  executing .\Start-Environment.ps1 -InitializeEnvFile -Clean after .\Stop-Environment.ps1

Error:
