HTTP Error 500.21 - Internal Server Error Handler "aspNetCore" has a bad module "AspNetCoreModule" in its module list

Issue: Couldn't access Sitecore 10.1 Identity Server url and got the following error:

HTTP Error 500.21 - Internal Server Error Handler "aspNetCore" has a bad module "AspNetCoreModule" in its module list

I could see the following folders under C:\Program Files\dotnet\shared\Microsoft.AspNetCore.App except the 2.2.1 bundler

When I installed the 2.2.1 bundler from here, I could access the Identity Server.
